Job summary

JT4, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst III – Supervisor to lead RMF/ATO activities for DoD systems within the Southwestern Test Ranges. The role requests strong communication, policy design, and team leadership to ensure secure system operation and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements.

You will mentor a team of analysts, coordinate with ISSMs and SAs, and oversee SSP/POA&M documentation, risk assessments, and security controls throughout the system lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Information Technology/Information Assurance, with master’s preferred.
• IAT Level III compliance and Security+ certification required; other DoD certifications encouraged.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance required.
• Seven years of technology-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interface with the AO and SCA for coordination of ATO packages.
• Manage multiple system packages through the ATO process.
• Conduct research and reference reading for technical information.
• Keep informed of approved cybersecurity standards and procedures.
• Perform systems engineering in Cybersecurity/IA/SSE and RMF A&A per NIST SP 800-53.
• Apply risk management to mitigate vulnerabilities in security architectures.
• Coordinate cybersecurity requirements from system level to elements.
• Assist in preparation of reports and technical studies.
• Perform other job-related duties as required.
