ENTRY LEVEL - Customer Service Rep - WORK FROM HOME!!

Join one of the world's largest hotel call centers in Arizona! This is a permanent, work-from-home opportunity. Applicants must reside in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding areas.

Job Functions

• Answer incoming calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
• Assist with new reservations or updating existing requests.
• Handle general questions or inquiries.

Equipment

All equipment is provided by the client; the only requirement is high-speed internet. The client offers a monthly stipend of $50 for internet expenses.

Pay

The starting pay is $17.00 per hour, with $18.70 per hour after 6 pm. There is potential to earn an extra $200-$400 monthly by hitting goals.

Shifts

• Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between Monday and Sunday within the following windows:
• AM Shift: 4:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Mid Shift: 8:30 am - 8:30 pm
• PM Shift: 12:30 pm - Midnight
• Weekend availability is required.
