As an Entry Level Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in creating and delivering exceptional consumer experiences. Whether it's providing quick answers, consulting on products with compassion, or resolving issues with a smile, your hospitality will make the difference between an average encounter and an exceptional one.

The primary goal of the Entry Level Customer Service Manager is to meet and exceed company sales targets while building long-term relationships with customers. You will learn the value of personal interactions through hospitality, offering customers a personalized yet professional experience. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Understanding clients’ products to accurately explain services and benefits, answer questions, and assist in enrollment.
  2. Keeping records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.
  3. Demonstrating a proactive, can-do attitude, and handling challenges effectively.
  4. Maintaining a positive, professional attitude, and exemplifying trustworthiness and hospitality.
  5. Training to manage a team of Customer Service Representatives.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in customer service or hospitality roles (retail, restaurant, etc.) is encouraged.
  • Ability to understand and explain product or service details.
  • Commitment to learning and improving hospitality skills.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication skills.
