Role Overview

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for executing tactical objectives to fulfill our commitment to superior customer care and a positive customer experience. This role will directly lead local personnel in improving customer service, managing service requests, and cycle times, ensuring effective communication within the market on results and performance. Please note that this is an entry-level position, so you will need to learn all aspects of our business operations before overseeing a team.

Responsibilities

1. Build client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and closing sales through direct interactions with our client's leads.
2. Gain a thorough understanding of all client products and services to educate and sell to clients effectively.
3. Act as a point of contact for new and existing clients.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve client or member account issues.
5. Perform customer account maintenance requests.
6. Provide sound business advice and suggestions to clients.
7. Retain business by identifying and addressing client issues.
8. Suggest ideas and improvements.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred.
