In this role, you will ensure an exceptional customer experience by engaging with customers to understand their values, fostering open communication, and offering donation opportunities. You will interact daily with customers, maintaining courtesy, professionalism, and kindness. Your responsibilities also include managing donations—tracking, processing contributions—and promoting brand awareness initiatives. Handling customer complaints effectively to improve satisfaction is also key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers and community members to resolve issues, complaints, and conflicts, ensuring satisfaction and understanding
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our client’s products or services to provide accurate information
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, customer service techniques, and policies through training and self-improvement
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions using the company's KPIs provided during training
