Job description

Job Title: Jr. Sales Executive

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a motivated Jr. Sales Executive to join our team. Responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, and building profitable client relationships in collaboration with the operations and sales teams.

Compensation

$45,000 base annually

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, generating $2500 in sales per month
  • Schedule appointments, understand client needs, and make presentations
  • Close sales by building rapport, explaining services, overcoming objections, and preparing contacts
  • Prospect at least 20 hours weekly
  • Manage CRM to maintain client and lead data
  • Maintain your Hot 25 list in the CRM
  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional communication with clients and team members
Candidate Requirements
  • Sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Goal-driven with strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
