Job summary

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club on Cape Cod is seeking kitchen stewards to support its restaurants and banquets. You will clean, transport, and store china, glass, flatware, and cookware used in our food and beverage outlets.

No experience is required; training will be provided. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand for extended periods. Rate of pay ranges from $18.57 to $20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen area and equipment
• Cleaning, sanitization and storage of all dishware, flatware, glassware, and tableware
• Cleaning, sanitization and storage of all cookware and culinary utensils.
• Ensuring restaurant and banquet kitchens are adequately stocked with supplies
• Transporting kitchen items throughout the resort
• Maintaining kitchen storage areas
• Trash removal
