Job summary

Wequassett Resort and Golf Club on Cape Cod is seeking kitchen stewards to assist its restaurants and banquets. This role will clean, transport, and store all china, glass, flatware, and cookware used in our food and beverage outlets. It plays an integral part in the successful operation of our restaurants and catered events.

No experience required; training will be provided. Must be able to lift 50lbs and stand for extended periods in a busy food service environment.

• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen area and equipment.
• Cleaning, sanitization and storage of all dishware, flatware, glassware, and tableware.
• Cleaning, sanitization and storage of all cookware and culinary utensils.
• Transporting kitchen items throughout the resort.
• Trash removal.
