Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 0 years of related experience.
• No clearance required to start.
• Basic computer skills using Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Manual dexterity, strong work ethic, multitask, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate polishing processes.
• Measure geometrical properties and inspect surface quality under a microscope.
• Follow engineering blueprints and verify conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Utilize the Shop Floor Control system for data entry and part routing.
• Comply with ISO 9001 quality and EHS management systems.
