Intervention Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Criminal Justice UA Technician in Lakewood, CO. The role focuses on monitoring drug and alcohol sobriety for court-ordered offenders, with comprehensive training provided and no prior experience required.

The position requires high attention to detail, adherence to protocols, and professional boundaries in a fast-paced environment. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–Midnight, with pay range listed and on-site work in Colorado.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or 1 year of customer service experience.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, strong organization, and basic computer skills for data entry.
• Mindset: Calm under pressure with respectful attitude toward diverse clients.

Responsabilités

• Monitor client testing through urine screens, breathalyzers, and oral swabs following safety protocols.
• Escort clients to collection areas and visually monitor urinalysis testing for same-sex clients.
• Sign in clients, process testing fees, issue receipts, and secure payments in the office.
• Complete Chain of Custody paperwork and write clear incident reports before shift ends.
