Job summary

Intervention, Inc. is seeking a Criminal Justice Case Manager in Henderson, CO. The role provides case management for Diversion and Transition clients, applying behavioral change techniques and ensuring compliance with policies.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree or substitute experience, strong motivational interviewing skills, and the ability to document progress, coordinate with courts, and supervise clients weekly. Compensation includes benefits and full-time hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Substitution for education: work experience in counseling, social work, law enforcement, corrections or community supervision may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Support Intervention's mission and Code of Conduct.
• Maintain client confidentiality and complete timely case files.
• Develop individualized supervision plans and explain program requirements.
• Report program violations and administer rewards/sanctions.
• Manage client access to community and assist with budgeting.
• Monitor restitution and child support payments; schedule weekly progress meetings.
• Refer clients to treatment providers and document participation.
• Enter data into CCIB and other databases; coordinate with courts, probation and agencies.
• Drive to court/jail sites as required and testify in court.
• Attend trainings and maintain regular attendance.
