Job summary

Intervention, Inc. in Colorado seeks a Criminal Justice Case Manager to support a caseload of Diversion and Transition clients, delivering supervised, evidence-based services to help participants succeed in the program.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized case plans, monitor progress, report to courts and agencies, and maintain confidential client records, while coordinating with treatment providers and community resources. This is a full-time position in Henderson, CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience applying Motivational Interviewing techniques.
• Ability to write clear reports and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide caseload management for Diversion/Transition clients.
• Develop individualized supervision plans based on client needs.
• Monitor progress and update case files accurately and timely.
