Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Majored in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration / Management, Economics or similar field.
• 0-2 years of related experience.
• U.S. citizenship or eligibility to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up cost control system and monitor costs and schedules on contracts.
• Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts meet parameters and guidelines.
• Prepare budgets and schedules and perform financial analyses (funding, variance).
• Prepare program plans to capture requirements and schedule.
• Perform schedule risk assessments to mitigate cost/schedule risks.
• Maintain funding records and submit requests for additional funding to government.
• Incorporate contractual changes and maintain realistic baselines.
• Process subcontractor invoices using PLSC2 system.
• Support earned value contracts by preparing reports for program/technical teams.
