White Lodging is seeking an entry‑level cook to start a culinary career in a professional hotel kitchen. No prior restaurant experience is required, with hands‑on training and a clear path to growth across multiple properties.

We are looking for full AM availability for breakfast and lunch shifts, starting as early as 6am and finishing by 3:30pm, with comprehensive on‑the‑job training and benefits beginning on day one.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
• Foundational skills in multiple cooking methods and station setup.
• Culinary degree or apprenticeship preferred, but training provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Train as a Culinarian — learn and practice full duties of a professional cook.
• Follow F&B procedures, health regulations, and food safety guidelines.
• Practice proper food handling, storage, and sanitation.
• Assist in maintaining food cost and labor cost standards.
• Check ingredient freshness; follow recipes and portion-use records.
• Monitor guest feedback scores and contribute to rankings.
• Foster cooperation and respect among coworkers.

No prior restaurant experience required.

We are looking for full AM availability for both breakfast and lunch, as early as 6am‑2pm and as late as 9am - 3:30pm.

What You’ll Do

• Train as a Culinarian — learning and practicing the full duties of a professional cook in a structured program
• Follow company F&B procedures, health department regulations, and federal food safety guidelines
• Practice proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
• Assist in maintaining food cost and labor cost standards
• Check ingredient freshness; follow all recipes and portion-use records
• Monitor guest feedback scores and work to positively influence rankings
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect among coworkers
