You will learn contract fundamentals, manage orders and customer data, and support internal and external communication in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. No prior aerospace experience is required; you will receive training in SAP, export documentation, ITAR/EAR basics, and order management.

Responsibilities

• Review and enter incoming purchase orders and customer data with accuracy.
• Manage sales orders, customer data, and basic order administration in SAP.
• Assist with simple data reporting, tracking, and reconciliation (AR tracking, open-order status).
• Monitor and update customer-facing portals with order status and documentation.
• Coordinate routine communications with customers and internal partners.
• Support proposal activity for smaller, routine customer requests.
