Job summary

Textron is seeking an entry-level Supply Chain Contracts Associate to join Bell and contribute to cost-saving initiatives across global supply chains. You will work with cross-functional teams to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring compliance and timely delivery of materials for aerospace programs.

The role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and development opportunities with exposure to DoD contracting and strategic sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Integrated Operations, or Finance required.
• 0-2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS is a plus; strong contract knowledge is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Execute SCM policies within an assigned commodity strategy.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to reduce cost and lead times.
• Analyze requirements and revise statements of work, contracts, and proposals.
• Review and negotiate long-term contracts, RFPs, and terms to ensure compliance.
• Understand pricing, delivery, warranties, and liability terms.
