Qualifications

• Entry-level to early-career experience in construction, engineering, or project coordination.
• Familiarity or willingness to learn scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Basic understanding of sequencing and project workflows.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining construction schedules based on project scope and field input.
• Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to track progress and identify schedule changes.
• Support estimating and preconstruction efforts by helping integrate timelines, labor projections, and sequencing.
• Learn and apply critical path concepts to understand schedule impacts and project risks.
• Assist with schedule updates for proposals, RFPs, and business development efforts.
• Help monitor schedule performance and prepare clear reports for project teams.
• Support the integration of safety planning and risk mitigation into project schedules.
• Maintain organized scheduling documentation and records for communication and transparency.
