Jobot is hiring an entry-level Construction Sales & Estimating Associate in Dallas, TX. You will learn to read drawings, perform takeoffs, build budgets, and develop proposals while building relationships with customers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
• Learn to perform takeoffs and develop estimates/budgets.
• Prepare pricing, bids, and customer proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and general contractors.
• Follow up on active bids and sales opportunities.
• Attend customer meetings and networking events.
• Track opportunities and customer activity in CRM.
• Collaborate with project management and field teams.
• Develop understanding of construction costs and market pricing.
