Job summary

You will operate in a professional office environment, perform take-offs, review proposals, and help distribute bid documents while building strong relationships with key vendors and team members to ensure accurate, timely bids.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering, construction science, architecture or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years of estimating experience.
• Familiarity with construction materials, means, and methods.
• Strong math and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in relevant software.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities; thoroughness and reliability.
