Qualifications

• 2 years of construction experience.
• Driving may be necessary; must have driver license and auto insurance when requested.
• Bachelor's or equivalent in Construction/Architecture/Business; PMP preferred on hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day capital projects within owned/leased properties.
• Oversee project portfolio with increasing volume and complexity.
• Ensure compliance with state driving requirements and safety policies.
