STRUCTURAL San Diego is seeking a Project Engineer as part of its Career Development program. This in-office role focuses on mastering construction skills such as scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, and quality control while building client relations.

Ideal candidates have a CM/CE degree, internships, and strong communication and organizational abilities. The PECD program aims to develop leaders for project management and construction leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CM/CE preferred.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 or higher.
• At least one relevant internship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation to job-sites.

• Schedule and track production rates on projects.

About the Team:

STRUCTURAL San Diego office is located in San Diego, CA and is primarily an in-office position. Most of the team's projects are in the greater Southern California area, however there is opportunity for out-of-town work in Arizona, Washington and other regions of California.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
• Cumulative grade point average of 2.8 or higher
• A minimum of one relevant internship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Aptitude for solving problems
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
