The role supports scheduling, budgeting, and client relations on commercial repair and restoration projects, with a path to project management and other leadership tracks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, civil engineering or related field.
• GPA 2.8+ is required or preferred.
• At least one relevant internship is desired.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and production rate tracking.
• Estimating and budget preparation and project cost control.
• Safety management and quality control.
