The PECD program emphasizes in-field learning and development, guiding you through scheduling, budgeting, safety, and quality control in a collaborative team environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in construction or civil engineering, a GPA of 2.8+, and at least one internship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Minimum of one relevant internship experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills.
• Aptitude for solving problems.
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple projects in commercial and historical restoration spaces.
• Develop critical construction skills through field-based learning.
• Collaborate with the NYC team to meet project milestones.
