Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a Project Engineer through its Career Development program to build core construction skills in the field. You will gain hands-on experience across scheduling, estimating, budgeting, safety, and quality control while developing client relations and business development capabilities.

The program emphasizes mentorship and leadership growth through rotations across competencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
  • Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
  • A minimum of one relevant internship experience
  • Ability and eagerness to travel 30-50% of the year
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
  • Aptitude for solving problems
  • Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
