Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Project Accountants with monthly requisition and billing deliverables.
• Support subcontractor payment processing and lien waiver tracking.
• Enter and maintain project-related financial data within accounting and construction management systems.
• Review project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Reconcile project records and maintain organized electronic files.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients regarding project accounting matters.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.
• Perform other project accounting and administrative duties as assigned.
