Job summary

GrayWolf is seeking Laborers for our Rincon, GA project (Savannah area). Local candidates, no per diem. Entry level position.

A Laborer assists Craft Journeyman and Craft Helpers by performing support tasks on construction projects such as erecting, repairing, maintaining and janitorial functions. Safety and teamwork are essential. Must be able to work up to 12-hour shifts in outdoor conditions and pass pre-hire requirements.

Qualifications

• Entry level position; prior construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Must communicate effectively and accurately with team members.
• Must pass required pre-hire requirements and training.
• Read, write, and communicate in English to perform job functions.

Responsibilities

• Safety – work safely around the hazards of construction.
• Tools – use hand, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic tools safely.
• Dig, spread and level dirt and gravel.
• Lift, carry and place building materials.
• Keep tools, equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with cleaning and preparation tasks as needed.
