Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Observe and document construction activities to ensure plans, specifications, and industry standards are met.
• Coordinate among contractors, design teams, utility providers, and local stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage detailed daily field reports with measurements and calculations for payments.
• Conduct on-site material testing (soil, compaction, concrete) to verify quality.
• Use tools like Microsoft Office, Appia, SiteManager and BlueBeam to document and report.
