Qualifications

• Proficiency with Word and Excel; clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work with owner representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
• Assist in estimating, bidding, and tracking project costs.
• Resolve design issues and field changes.
• Support drafting of contracts and purchase orders using boilerplate language.
• Track project schedules and milestones; support field teams to maintain safety and quality.
• Document phases of the project and review drawings, submittals, and change orders.
