A Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/structural engineering or construction management is required. Travel ~30%; experience with Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu and scheduling tools preferred. Salary $60,000–$70,000 with healthcare benefits and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, structural engineering, construction management or related field.
• Past construction or risk internship preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site visits to collect measurements, photos, and project details.
• Analyze labor, materials, and timelines for project estimates.
• Track costs and flag variances between projected and actual figures.
• Prepare professional reports and data entries in estimating tools.
• Gain experience with Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu, and scheduling tools.
