The role starts with field and office work, including learning to prepare professional reports using estimating tools and exposure to Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu, and scheduling software. The position requires travel about 25% and a robust engineering or construction management background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical / structural engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and technical reading skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; Xactimate/scheduling software experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel (~25%), meet the physical requirements, and work in varied field conditions.

Responsabilités

• Assist with site visits to collect measurements, photos, and project details.
• Support the analysis of labor, materials, and timelines for project estimates.
• Help track costs and flag differences between projected and actual figures.
• Learn to prepare professional reports and data entries in estimating tools.
• Gain exposure to industry software like Xactimate, Bluebeam Revu, and project scheduling tools.
