Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction, LLC is hiring a Laborer I to support concrete operations on various projects in Milwaukee, WI. You will assist skilled trades, maintain clean job sites, and handle materials and basic tools to help build foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs.

The role requires physical stamina, willingness to work in diverse weather, and adherence to safety protocols. Prior formwork/concrete labor is a plus; union participation may be required.

Qualifications

• Physical labor and conditioning required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Basic tool handling and material management.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor, clean job sites, move materials by hand.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools
• Assist in pouring vertical concrete and installation of reshores per instructions.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on active sites.
