Job summary

The Gund Company in Noblesville, IN is seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator (Composites) to support our production team operating thermal press equipment and assembling thermoset composite sheets. You will work 2pm–10:30pm Monday through Friday, with a starting wage of $23.00 per hour plus a 15% shift premium, and be part of the Composites department in a non-climate-controlled plant.

This role involves lifting up to 40 pounds, repetitive tasks, and adherence to quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing with mixing, batching or compounding equipment.
• Quality control analysis, testing, and inspection knowledge.
• Troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment or process issues.
• Familiarity with safety practices and PPE in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate thermal press machines and form molded sheets.
• Lay up materials and apply resin per customer orders.
• Ensure equipment setup, operation, and quality standards are met.
