Job summary

The Gund Company in Noblesville, IN is seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator to support production. You will operate a punch press and a slitting machine, inspect parts, and help meet work orders while following safety and quality standards.

This is a full-time, first-shift position (6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday) with hourly pay of $20–$24 depending on experience. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and basic mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED; hands-on training considered a plus.
• Willingness to work overtime to support production needs.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Operate a production punch press.
• Operate a slitting machine.
• Inspect and document product measurements to ensure quality and customer standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
