Imagine the Possibilities, Inc. seeks a part‑time Community Integration Professional to support individuals in a Supported Employment setting, helping them identify and pursue meaningful job opportunities.

You will collaborate with Direct Support Professionals, families and community partners to tailor employment supports, promote independence, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery. Training is provided; time may include weekends as needed.

• Strong communication abilities with the rest of the team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support based on individual goals in a Supported Employment setting.
• Assist with job development, coaching and employer communication; arrange transportation when needed.
• Complete accurate documentation and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with families, schools and community partners to support employment goals.
• Participate in cross-training and vocational program decisions as required.
