Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Mindset: Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
• Details: High attention to detail for precise legal and facility record-keeping.
• Background: Must pass a standard criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility safety with routine rounds, headcounts and security checks.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins/outs, and curfew adherence.
• Administer routine urine drug screens and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Support reentry by assisting residents with facility guidelines, chores and resource access
