Responsibilities

• Monitor facility safety with rounds, headcounts, and security checks.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
• Administer routine urine drug screenings (UDS) and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access
