Intervention, Inc. seeks a Community Corrections Specialist for its Henderson, CO location. This entry-level role works in a residential transitional facility to help justice-involved adults reenter the community. Training is provided, with a clear pathway into probation, parole, and case management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal communication and de-escalation skills.
• Ability to maintain firm, professional boundaries with residents.
• High attention to detail for precise record-keeping.
• Must pass a standard criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Monitor facility safety through rounds, headcounts, and security checks.
• Track resident movements, sign-ins/outs, and curfew adherence.
• Administer routine urine drug screenings and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain accurate logbooks and shift incident reports.
• Assist residents with guidelines, chores, and access to resources.
