This entry-level role provides paid training and a clear path into probation, parole, case management, and public safety.

You will monitor facility safety, track resident movements, conduct routine urine drug screenings, and maintain logs to support successful reentry.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor Facility Safety: Conduct routine rounds, headcounts, and building security checks.
• Track Resident Compliance: Log resident movements, sign-ins, sign-outs, and curfew adherence.
• Enforce Accountability: Administer routine urine drug screenings and breathalyzer tests.
• Maintain Records: Complete accurate logbook documentation and shift incident reports.
• Support Reentry: Assist residents with facility guidelines, chore supervision, and resource access.
