Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding orders and inquiries.
• Process orders and maintain order accuracy through the lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports (open orders, sales reports).
• Support pricing reviews and annual pricing updates.
• Collaborate with Production, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Assist with sales forecasting and demand analysis.
• Maintain compliance with IMS and quality standards.
