This entry-level position requires performing maintenance and repair on commercial food preparation devices. Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age or older.
• One-year experience in commercial kitchen equipment.
• Able to stand and walk for prolonged periods in extreme weather conditions.
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 to a maximum of 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on various commercial appliances.
• Practice safe work habits and provide excellent service to guests and team members.

Skills

Basic mathematical skills

Excellent verbal and written skills in English

Knowledge of ANSI and N.F.P.A.

Knowledge of N.E.C.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Tools

Basic hand tools (socket wrench, pliers, etc.)
