Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking a motivated Commercial HVAC/R Service Apprentice to assist a technician with service, maintenance, and repairs in the Greater Richmond Region. This entry-level role emphasizes hands-on learning and growth into a full Service Technician position.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, willingness to learn HVAC/R, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; HVAC/R certifications or vocational training preferred.
• Prior maintenance, mechanical, or facility service experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Works with a Commercial HVAC/R Technician on a daily basis.
• Assist with service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance under supervision.
• Assist with system replacements and upgrades.
• Complete paperwork with company laptop/tablet and communicate with customers and dispatch.
