Job summary

SWC Group in Carrollton, TX is seeking an entry-level Collections Associate to help recover outstanding business and commercial debts for major clients such as Spectrum, Comcast, T-Mobile and NTTA. No prior collections experience is required; the company provides training and coaching.

Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly with shifts 7am–7pm and a paid training period. Starting pay is $18/hour, plus a $1/hour bilingual differential after Spanish test, and monthly bonuses and incentives based on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Clean background check and negative drug test required for this campaign.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a production-driven environment.
• Comfort navigating multiple computer screens and systems.

Responsibilities

• Persuades delinquent business/commercial customers to establish repayment terms using collection software.
• Achieves production goals while maintaining quality of service.
• Follows client operating standards and state/federal collection laws.
• Notates each account with efforts and results.
• Handles PCI data confidentially and securely.
