Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in construction.
• Provide your own basic hand tools and transportation to job sites.
• Detail oriented with proven problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and punctual.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Professional in appearance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Learn internal company software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in completion tasks on commercial projects including interior demolition, carpentry, drywall, finishing, and laboring.
• Work with carpenters, project managers, and supervisors to maintain schedules and define subcontractor scope.
• Assist with punch lists and closeout processes.
• Maintain good relationships with subcontractors.
• Complete OSHA 10 training if not already possessed.
• Understand and follow company safety procedures.
