Job summary

Caliber Collision in Phoenix is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles and finalizing paperwork prior to delivery. The role also handles total loss administration and communicates post-repair plans with customers, in line with Caliber safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews for vehicles.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post repair plan communications.
• Provide status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules and standards.
• Coordinate with shop teams to ensure timely repairs and reporting.
