The role covers total loss administration and ongoing status updates to customers, all while following Caliber safety rules and company standards.

The position requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, with sales experience a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write vehicle estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules, guidelines and company standards.
