Responsibilities

• Sell furniture, appliances, and electronics to customers.
• Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community.
• Manage customer accounts and payment collections (daily phone and in-person calls).
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup.
• Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays.
• Help customers resolve issues and find solutions.
• Load and unload merchandise.
• Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise.
• Support daily store operations and team goals as directed by management.

This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem-solving. Every day is different, and there is a clear path to advancement into store management for motivated team members.

What You'll Do:

• Sales - Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love
• Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community
• Manage customer accounts and payment collections (Daily heavy customer contact by phone and in person)
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup
• Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom
• Maintain attractive showroom displays
• Help customers resolve issues and find solutions

• Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise

Schedule:

Typically around 45 hours per week:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• One weekday off
• Sundays off
