Affordable Home Furnishings in the United States seeks a Sales & Customer Success Representative to support sales, collections, deliveries, and customer service activities. The role offers a hands-on, multi-department experience with growth toward store management.

You will engage customers, manage accounts and help resolve issues, while contributing to showroom upkeep and daily operations. Training and advancement are available within the family-owned company.

• Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love.
• Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community.
• Manage customer accounts and payment collections.
• Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup.
• Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom.
• Maintain attractive showroom displays.
• Help customers resolve issues and find solutions.
• Load and unload merchandise.
• Pick up merchandise from customer's homes.
• Clean and refurbish previously rented merchandise.
• Support daily store operations and team goals.
• Any other tasks as directed by management.

This is a hands‑on position that combines customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem‑solving. Every day is different, and there is a clear path to advancement into store management for motivated team members.

What You'll Do

• Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love

Schedule

Typically around 45 hours per week:

• Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• One weekday off
• Sundays off
