Job summary

PennEngineering in Danboro, PA, is seeking a motivated individual to join our Manufacturing Team as a Cold Forming C Operator. This entry‑level role requires no prior cold forming experience and includes on‑the‑job training to progress through C1 to C4 levels.

You will learn to set up and operate cold forming machines, work from detailed drawings, and contribute to quality parts production. A supportive, inclusive environment with shifts and training is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No cold forming experience required — paid training on the job.
• Proven mechanical ability preferred.
• Willingness to learn micrometers, calipers, gages, and reading blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Begins the cold forming training program with on‑the‑job learning.
• Safely operates at least one cold forming machine under supervision.
• Reads setup sheets, drawings and tool charts to guide operation.
• Inspects parts and verifies dimensions against drawings.
• Performs routine maintenance and keeps work area clean and organized.
