PennEngineering® is looking for a motivated individual to join our Manufacturing Team as a Master Pit Crew. In this role, you will set up and operate cold forming machines to forge parts, ensuring quality and efficiency while collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently repair, diagnose and troubleshoot cold forming machines.
• Experience with team activities to maximize efficiencies.
• Knowledge of quality inspection processes.
