Job summary

PennEngineering is hiring a Cold Forming B Operator in Danboro, PA. You will setup and operate cold forming machines, progress through B1–B4 training toward Operator A, and ensure parts meet print specifications.

Ideal candidates will read blueprints, use gauges, and communicate effectively with team members. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of the Cold Forming C Operator training program or equivalent job experience.
• Commitment to completing the level B1 through B4 cold forming training program to reach the level of Cold Forming Operator A.
• Mechanical Ability.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers on a routine basis.
• Must be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely sets up and operates cold forming machines.
• Completes level B1 through B4 training to become Cold Forming Operator A.
• Troubleshoots machine issues and makes adjustments to produce parts to print.
• Reads setup sheets and machine manuals to guide operations.
• Inspects parts against drawings and verifies dimensions.
• Maintains clean and organized work area and follows safety regulations.
